In his first television series, "Evan Goes Wild," Dr. Evan Antin – voted the Sexiest Veterinarian Alive by PEOPLE magazine - takes Animal Planet’s global audiences around the world as he chases his wildlife bucket list; swimming alongside humpback whales in Tahiti, exploring caves with bats and snakes in the Philippines and tangling with crocs in the Yucatan. Dr. Antin brings his passion and love for all wildlife to each adventure where, as a practicing veterinarian, he also lends a helping hand to animals in need along the way.
In Tahiti, Evan gets the opportunity to swim with humpback whales and collect skin samples to aid in conservation research.
Dr. Evan travels to Tahiti to check up on a few turtles, including one with a cracked shell who can't find its balance in the water.
Evan is visiting the Itzamkanac crocodile rescue centre in Rio Lagartos, Mexico, to hang out with some adorable baby crocs, and then get up close with a huge crocodile.
This sweet porcupine was surrendered by humans who were keeping her as a pet. Without the skills or instincts to survive in the wild, she is sent to an animal sanctuary where she can live in peace.
